Every EcoHerb Essentials product comes with a 7 days money-back guarantee. It is our commitment that you will be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with one of our products that you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 business days from the date your product was Delivered for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, wrapping, or other charges. The item must be returned unused, in good condition, in its original box and packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. Since most of our sales are made over telephone and through leads generated on Social media channels, and through our affiliate call centers, we encourage you to speak to our Customer service team for any issues in the product. It is advisable to connect with us on 312-631-0845 or info@ecoherbessentials.com to expedite your request for a Return, Refund or if you want to know more about purchasing any other product as a replacement. Our customer service representatives are available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

This policy does not apply to EcoHerb Essentials Membership and Gift Cards.

To return products please follow these simple steps :

  • The product must be in good condition.
  • The product must have the original box and packaging.
  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible enclose a copy of the product order with the item.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • All return packages must be shipped to EcoHerb Essentials, 1501, s 51st court, Cecero il 60804 Keep the return tracking from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the proper address.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase or a check within 30 days of us receiving your returned product if the product meets the criteria mentioned above. Checks will be mailed to the address provided when you purchased the product.

**We are not responsible for lost, held, damaged, or unclaimed packages. As soon as package ships, we provide tracking information for your convenience. It is your responsibility to be aware of delivery dates and arrange delivery, redelivery, or pick-up with your local post office if it becomes necessary.
